2021 “MTV MOVIE & TV AWARDS” Winners

MTV hosted the highly anticipated 2021 “MTV Movie & TV Awards” LIVE from Los Angeles as part of an epic-two night takeover celebrating the best moments in television & film this past year. The star-studded event was filled with epic moments including comedienne and actress Leslie Jones who hosted and brought down the house spoofing TV classics like The Jeffersons, Good Times and Family Matters in her opening monologue. 

 

Fan-favorite series “WandaVision” swept the awards receiving four wins for “Best Show,” “Best Performance In A Show,” “Best Fight,” and “Best Villain.” Other standout moments include Scarlett Johansson’s husband Colin Jost sliming her during her speech as recipient of the 2021 “Generation Award,” Outer Banks real-life couple, Chase Stokes & Madelyn Cline, surprising fans with a steamy kiss after winning “Best Kiss,” Sacha Baron Cohen accepting this year’s “Comedic Genius Award” by dressing up in some his most famous characters including Ali G, Borat Sagdiyev, Brüno Gehard, & much more. Stars showed up at this year’s awards with on-site appearances from Addison Rae, Elizabeth Olsen, Seth Rogen, Anthony Mackie, Mandy Moore, Lana Condor, and Jacob Elordi, among others. 

                          

The LIVE 2021 “MTV Movie & TV Awards” was simulcasted across 11 brands including BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land and VH1.

MTV announced winners for the 2021 “MTV Movie & TV Awards” and “Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED” (Pending). tune-in for tomorrow’s show, the inaugural “MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED”, airing Monday, May 17th at 9 PM ET/PT which will celebrate the best jaw-dropping, no-rules, drama-filled moments from our favorite reality shows. ​
